Because we work with suppliers and warehouses all over the world, logistics and shipping time might take from 2 to 6 weeks.
Our Private Label wedding dresses are designed and sampled in the United States of America, and produced in highly specialised, high-end manufacturing facilities in China.
At Marietta la Bella, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers in the United States of America, Canada, and across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
We offer free shipping on all US orders of $80. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-6 weeks (M-F) of purchase. When your order ships, we will contact you with a shipping confirmation and tracking information. Please note that some international orders may be subject to customs fees.
WEDDING DRESSES
We offer free shipping on all of our wedding dresses.
Dresses will be sent by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, UPS, etc.
Shipping time: 4-10 days by TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL
We may fold the gown inside out to protect the beading or lacing.
Before shipment, we will do a careful examination and assess that there are no visible problems with the dress.
Usually, we need 2-4 weeks to prepare and make ready your wedding dress, and another 1-2 weeks for transportation. If you have planned well in advance, we suggest that you give us enough time to make your wedding dress, because high-quality wedding dresses require a lot of time to be prepared as there are many elements in the dress that are hand-made, and ample time allows us to make your wedding dress exquisite and perfect in any way. However, if you need your wedding dress to reach you faster, please let us know. If conditions permit, we will expeditiously prepare and ship your order so that you can receive it faster. Sometimes if you need to receive your customized wedding dress in a short time, you may have to pay some additional expedited fees
Before your order is shipped, Marietta la Bella has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality-control tests. Because of this, the total delivery time is different from shipping time alone.
- Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- If your order contains multiple items, they may or may not be shipped together. This policy varies due to the fact that we work with suppliers and warehouses around the world. If your order is processed by the same supplier or warehouse, then it will be shipped as a single package but, if your order contains items that come from different suppliers, then your order will come to you in separate packages.
Processing time: Processing time differs from order to order. Order verification, quality check, and packaging might take up to 5 days.
Shipping time: Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.
