Return & Refund Policy
At Marietta La Bella, we take great pride in delivering bridal dresses of exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and accuracy. Every dress is made with care, and what you receive is exactly what you see in the product images. As our dresses are high-value and heavily discounted, with complex production logistics, we do not accept returns unless there is a valid manufacturing issue.
General Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in specific cases involving manufacturing defects, damage in transit, or incorrect items received.

All return requests must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 3 working days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Returns are paid by the customer, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags, labels, and dust bags intact.
Bridal Dresses
Due to the personalized nature and cost of our bridal gowns, we do not offer change-of-mind returns.
Eligible Return Scenarios:

Manufacturing Defects or Damage: If your dress arrives with stains, broken components, or visible flaws.

Wrong Size or Color (not due to customer error): If the delivered item differs from what you ordered based on our website listing.

Item Not as Described: In the unlikely case the dress is materially different from the product photos.
You must contact us within 3 working days with photographic evidence. We may offer:

A full refund upon return,

An exchange, or

A partial refund if you choose to keep the dress.
Non-Eligible Return Cases:

If the wrong size was ordered based on your selection — please check our size chart carefully or submit accurate measurements taken by a professional.

Customized wedding dresses (made to your measurements) are non-returnable.

Dresses that have been worn, perfumed, altered, or returned without original packaging or labels.
Final Sale Items
Products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective. If there's a problem with a final sale item, send us photos within 3 working days and we will try to find a solution — including a partial refund or a replacement if applicable.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of being placed — no questions asked.

Between 4 and 24 hours, cancellations incur a 10% cancellation fee.

No cancellations are accepted after 24 hours as production may already be underway.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days:

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For exchanges, please email us at info@mariettalabella.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Return Process

Package the item securely and include all original components.
