When applicable, we offer free returns for our products, which includes; wedding dresses, children's outfits, home décor, scarves, purses, and accessories.
When applicable, the products can be returned except for the custom made ones. Some sale items can also be returned. Final sale items are non-returnable.
Please, contact us and request a return label. We will send it to your email.
Some specific items, like Final Sale items do not have a return policy. Still, if there is any problem with the product we ask that you send us pictures of the defective product and we will make sure to find a solution. Some times, we will issue a free return, other times you will be able to keep the product while receiving a partial or full refund. This is also applicable if the product doesn't arrive within the specified time frame.
Please, check the size chart provided with any product thoroughly, and be sure to find your correct size in the chart before placing an order. If you cannot find a best match for your body type in the size chart, you can send us your measurements taken diligently by a professional. Please, do not neglect this step. It is very important that you chose the correct size from the chart or sent us the correct body measurements taken by a professional. If you fail to do so, we do not hold ourselves responsible for any mismatch in size that may occur.
In order to keep prices low and quality high, we cannot offer "No-Question-Asked" returns on our wedding dresses. A team of highly skilled and hard-working people is always involved in the production of any wedding dress ordered by a customer. Therefore, a customer will need to have a valid reason for wanting to return a dress.
Customized wedding dresses cannot be returned. Nevertheless, there are a few cases when you would be able to receive a partial refund for a customized item.
Please keep the dress intact with/or original tags, labels, dust bags on. Please contact us before sending the dress back. We will give you the return details.
1. If your dress arrives to you in wrong color or size, please send us photos within 3 working days. You can return the dress and receive a refund, exchange change the dress for a different one, or receive a partial refund and keep the dress.
2. If there are obvious quality problem with the dress, such as stains, broken or defects accessories, please send us photos within 3 working days. You can return the dress and receive a refund, exchange it for a different one, or receive a partial refund and keep the dress.
3.Products must be unworn and in the original condition even after tried on for fit and size.
4.Products that we cannot refund are products that are worn, perfumed, Altered, or without the original labels.
Our policy lasts 15 days. The 15-days-time-frame is the time period during which all the complaints and queries about problematic items are dealt with, If there are problems with a wedding dress, we require pictures of it within 3 (three) working days from the day of receipt. Neglecting to do so may result in a customer's being unable to receive a return/refund. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Final Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Final Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the retur labels.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should wait for us to send you the return labels.
