Is Marietta la Bella based in the United States? Yes, our headquarters are located in Dallas, Texas, United States.
Where are your dresses made? All dresses are designed and sampled in Dallas, Texas. They are then assembled and sewn in high-end, specialized workshops in China known for producing luxury and couture wedding dresses.
Is shipping free? Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide.
How long does shipping take? Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery can take between 2–4 weeks, depending on your location.
Wedding dresses generally require 2–4 weeks for production and 1–2 weeks for shipping. If you need your dress sooner, please contact us. Expedited service may be available for an additional fee.
Do you offer free returns? Returns are not always free. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.
What is your return policy for wedding dresses? We do not accept returns for custom-sized wedding dresses.
For ready-to-wear dresses:

Returns are only accepted in cases of factory defects or production flaws.

The dress must be in original, unworn condition with tags, dust bag, and packaging.

Customers must report issues within 3 working days of receiving the item, with photo proof.

Our return window lasts 15 days from the date of delivery.

Refunds are not granted for sizing issues due to customer error.
Are there items that cannot be returned? Yes. Final Sale items, worn or altered items, items without original tags, and custom-made dresses are non-returnable.
Do I have to sign a contract when purchasing a dress? Yes. Every customer must digitally sign a contract at checkout, confirming that they have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions and understand the nature of custom bridal production.
What happens if I receive the wrong item or a defective product? Please contact us within 3 working days with photos. If the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged, you are eligible for a refund or exchange. In many cases, we may allow you to keep the item and receive a partial or full refund.
Can I cancel my order? Yes, within 4 hours of placing the order, you may cancel without penalty. After 10 hours, a 10% cancellation fee applies. Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours as production begins promptly.
Do you offer exchanges? Yes, exchanges are available for defective or incorrectly sized ready-to-wear dresses. Custom dresses cannot be exchanged.
Do you offer customization? Yes! We offer free size and color customization on most wedding dresses. You may also customize elements such as neckline, sleeves, and train length.

Can I order a completely custom wedding dress design? Absolutely. Send us clear photos and your requirements, and we will provide a quote after evaluation.
What materials do you use in your wedding dresses? We use only high-quality materials, including satin, micado, chiffon, taffeta, tulle, organza, velvet, and more.
How is the tailoring process handled? Tailoring is the soul of your wedding dress. Our expert tailors ensure impeccable fit and refined construction for every design.
What about floral embellishments and embroidery? Our floral appliqués and embroidery are hand-crafted by skilled artisans with aesthetic and artistic expertise. Many dresses include delicate, couture-level embroidery done by hand.
Do you offer store credit instead of returns? Yes. In many cases, we may offer store credit instead of requesting a return, especially for minor issues. This helps reduce environmental impact and supports hygiene protocols.
